Your next community idea might already be sitting in your hobbies.
You do not need a genius business idea. Start with something you already enjoy, know about, collect, make, practise, watch, learn or talk about. This challenge will help you turn it into something people could actually join.
If you get stuck, you can get hands-on help inside Launch to Profit Mode.
What are you actually into?
Pick the closest category, then tell me the specific thing. The more specific you are, the more useful the next steps become.
Choose a category and enter a specific hobby or topic to continue.
What part of this pulls you in?
Pick the direction that feels most interesting. This is where a broad hobby starts turning into a community.
You do not need to be the expert.
Tick anything that is true. This is not a test. It is just a reminder that experience can be useful long before you feel like an expert.
Who would you actually enjoy bringing together?
Imagine 100 people joined because they care about this. Who sounds most interesting to build for?
You already have the pieces of an idea.
A community becomes much easier to imagine when you combine what you care about, the part of it you enjoy most, and the people you want to bring together.
Give them a reason to return.
This matters. A community works better when there is something recurring to come back for.
Get it into Profit Mode.
You do not need to start by chasing a huge monthly income. My first goal inside Launch to Profit Mode is to help you get your community to the point where the money it brings in covers what it costs to run.
That is Profit Mode. Once the community is paying for itself, you have breathing room. You can keep it small, reinvest, improve it, or grow and scale from there.
Which options could fit your community?
You do not need to choose one business model. Select as many as feel like a natural fit, and I will include specific options in your result.
How I support this project
This challenge and Niche Finder are free. Launch to Profit Mode is a paid Skool community (US$9/month or US$69/year), offering practical tools I have built, step-by-step lessons and ongoing support. I am also a Skool affiliate. If you start a Skool community using my link, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. My goal is to help you build a community that can pay for itself.
You may have been sitting on a community idea already.
Here are three directions based on what you told me. Treat them as starting points. The best one is the one that makes you want to keep thinking about it after you close this page.
Three ways you could shape it
Why members could keep coming back
How this could make money
You can use one of these or combine a couple of them. You only need enough revenue to get the community paying for itself and into Profit Mode.
Explore the free Niche Finder.
One hobby can become dozens of different community ideas. If none of these quite click, use the Niche Finder to keep exploring until something makes you think, “I would actually enjoy building that.”
